Fees

Fee

Including room, full board, coffee breaks and meeting fee. Registrations are valid only after payment has been received.
 

Excursion

The excursion fee is EUR 20 (not included in the meeting fee). It covers bus transfer, visit of the brewery including a meal.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations received up to 2 weeks prior to the meeting start will incur a 20 EUR cancellation fee.
• For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the meeting start the accommodation costs will not be refunded.
• Substitutions will not incur additional costs.

Payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer. You will receive a mail with payment details upon registration.

Deadline

The maximum number of participants has been reached. Further applications will be put on waiting list and applicants will be informed as soon as possible if accommodations can be provided.
